individual $600 or more of mortgage interest on any one

proceeds, cash payments for fish (or other aquatic life) you purchase

Income, for each person:
- To whom you paid amounts reportable
in boxes 1 and 3 of at least $10 (or at least $600 of interest

withheld and paid any foreign tax on interest
- From whom
you withheld (and did not refund) any Federal income tax under
the backup withholding rules regardless of the amount of the payment.
- Gennerally, distributions from pensions, annuities, profit-sharing and retirement plans
(including section 457 state and local government plans), IRAs, insurance,
contacts, etc., are reported to recipients on Form 1099-R.
