  • We mail the recipients copy of the W2 or 1099 directly to them at the address you provided.
  • We send an email confirmation of the printing transaction to you, the filer.
  • Once the data has been submitted to us and your credit card billed you may print copies for your own files as well as for filing with the state and/or local agencies by going to your Filing History and selecting the PDF file.
  • You will be notified of the IRS filing when the IRS notifies us of their acceptance of your file.
